Envisioned and built by snow architect Clint Masse, creator of the world’s largest snow maze. The Den is a truly one-of-a-kind dining experience, a beacon of beauty and comfort amidst a harsh and wild landscape.
Featuring world class cuisine by award-winning chef Luc Jean and artwork by some of Manitoba’s finest ice sculptors, you will be immersed in wilderness and embraced by the warmth of truly local food and drink.

Given the frosty ambiance of our establishment, we would like to remind you to dress warmly for your comfort and enjoyment. Our restaurant maintains a chilly temperature of about -5 degrees Celsius to preserve the magical snow and ice atmosphere. We recommend wearing full outdoor winter attire:
~ ski pants, winter jacket, warm layers, toque, scarf, winter boots with warm socks, winter mitts along with a pair of small finger gloves for ease of eating. For extra warmth and coziness, feel free to bring along a blanket to snuggle in ~
